API Error -email addys???

Could Someone please help me, I have been using auctiva for a few months, It worked great, but now for some reason when I try to list I keep getting FAILED and get this error.

I have not changed emails on ebay or paypal and checked and rechecked to make sure they are the same.

I have regenerated new tokens also.

any idea's I love using auctiva, I would not want to go back to listing from ebay!

Until you have more feedback, you must use the same PayPal payment email address as your eBay email address.
