sounds like the paypal address in the listing doesnt match up with the address ebay has on file.

if you scroll down to bottom section when creating a listing (down to checkout options) and click "maximize" can see what email address are putting in for paypal notifications. that needs to match up with addy that ebay has on their site in preferences, and needs to match up to email addy that paypal has in profile on paypal site.

if address is same in all 3 places, and still getting error msg, then submit a support ticket and the guys can help ya.
