API Error String value for "Style" is too long. Maximum length is "20"."

I frequently get this error and then notice that the item failed to post. I have tried it with saved listings, imported listings, relistings and every way I can think of without success. Rarely it will work and post but 99% of the time it doesn't and I have not done anything different.
Does anyone else have this problem? Solutions? It seems that doing anything with auctiva takes so much time I am ready to give up and go to using ****** and ebay which is a breeze.
