API Error...what is this?

I've been trying to load something for a week and keep getting an API error for

"The required Item Specific "For Sale by" is not provided. Please correct this to continue listing."

and

"The required Item Specific "Type of Title" is not provided. Please correct this to continue listing."

I even started a whole new listing from scratch and it still does it!!

I'm trying to list a caravan if that makes a difference.
