Hi TomB,

If you have received an API error that contains the text "Please contact Auctiva support for further information on why your listings failed to post", it is indicative that eBay returned an error message that is not stored in our system. The actual error that eBay returned could be the one Danno mentioned above, or it could be something entirely different.

If you are still having trouble posting these listings and would like us to retrieve the exact error that was returned by eBay with respect to them, please contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
