The "Not posted due to title description and/or ebay policy violation." API error is displayed within your account when eBay rejects a posting attempt due to an error that is not stored in our system, so it will be necessary to contact our customer support team to see the exact error that was returned.

Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page, http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx , and we will be happy to look up the exact error that eBay returned with respect to that posting attempt.
