I got it twice myself:

API Warning - The Legacy XML format used in this request is being phased out. All applications should migrate to the Unified Schema to avoid loss of service. For more information please see http://developer.ebay.com/migration/.

BUT.........I believe it has something to do with the templete we choose? Did not get it for all the templetes.

Hope your all correct about not worring cuz what that EBay site says about it may as well be in Latin, I did not understand it at all!
