API Warning - Shipping discount profile provided is not active, please specify a val

Hi,
Here is the API warning I get quite often:
API Warning - Shipping discount profile provided is not active, please specify a valid shipping discount profile.

Not sure how to resolve this issue. I have gone into both Auctiva and eBay and updated my shipping preferences. eBay has an option to NOT offer a discount on combined shipping...and this is the one I chose. But I would still like to offer combined payments. But it seems when I offer one and not the other I get this error. Any hints as to resolution with this one?
