Hello IWISHITWOULDWORK,

yes. Templates are not required to be able to post your listings. However, if you wish to make use of Seller Details profiles and have your images supersize, you will need to use one of our templates. If you prefer a very simple look for your items and wish to use these features, we do offer a template "Plain White" that will allow you to make use of these features.
