Are We Back to 12 Images in the Window Now?

I'm only able to get 12 scrolling images when it was 16 a week or so ago. Are we back to 12 now or is there something I'm doing wrong? Does this have something to do with the server going down and if so, will we go back to 16 once the new server gets up?
