I have just spent 2 hours designing a custom template from scratch in the template builder. I had the template perfect ! looked great in design view. So, I named it and clicked on " SAVE TEMPLATE." POOF !! the whole template gone ?? I received an error message saying " You can only have 1 description tag"
The design view, and edit view pages were all BLANK ! I tried everything to retieve all my hard work. But nope. All gone. I am pretty fed up. (to say the least) If I made an error with my tags FINE, I am ok with that because I am still learning, but WHY does it not just give me the template back ???? so that I can edit the tags... or edit the template ??
Is there any way I can retrieve this template before I saved it ??? PLEASE I really can not even think about making it again.
This is a major PROBLEM !! and needs to be fixed ASAP. I have written to the
Support Desk also, but wondered if It is something I'm doing wrong, or has this happened to other users designing custom templates ??.
