Asking for Advice on Fields within Templates

Greetings: I have used Auctiva now for over 6 months. My issue is that when I post my auctiva templates to Ebay - the different TITLES LIKE: ABOUT US, SHIPPING, PAYMENT ETC are not showing up in the templates. It obviously is my own unknowledgable mind of why this is happening. Can anyone tell me how to add or what the link is to get the command placed in the template to divide my description appropriately?!?!?
