Auction not listing - ongoing problem

Thought I'd try again, so I tried to list only one auction. Before it would have shown up on eBay almost instantly. It's still processing?

Is this still a communnication problem with eBay? Being disabled, I can't sit at the computer and put together a bunch of listings, only to have them not post on eBay.
