Reply to "Auction not listing - ongoing problem"

I am new to Auctiva - just signed up yesterday.

I cannot list my item at all.

When I hit post (save) the screen just refreshes and nothing gets listed.

Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this or if this is an ongoing problem.

This is also my first listing on a new Ebay account.

I look forward to anyone who can help.
