I just can't believe Ebay sometimes, they just rush into things like a Bull in a China Shop and don't think what they are doing.
I have started using my link to my Auctiva store in some of my ebay listings. I read on Auctiva that ebay allow this as it leads back to them if a customer wants to purchase an item.
Two days ago they threw two of my listings off for breaching their policy of links.
I wrote to them straightaway and the reply was like a robotic reply as usual saying I can't have links outside ebay.
When I read their terms and conditions it doesn't make sense as my link was through auctiva not an outside website.
What do I do now, I have wrote back and said they haven't read my email right and I haven't broken any of their policies.
Is as if they are just targeting me sometimes.
I see loads and loads of people on ther with links to their own websites and they are still allowed to trade.
