Reply to "Auction Sold (Buy It Now) but still in Store Window ?"

This auction ended more then 24hrs ago... and that also doesn't explain why this listing is still showing up in my active listings section.

I had to manually "hide" the item from my store to get it out of my Store Window and My Store. But it remains in the active listings section in Auctiva, is this normal?
