Reply to "Auctiva down?"

newbie here - i've been having this problem off and on for days. my website address can't be located, i'll try a few minutes later and it's there, and then a few minutes later it's gone again. my listings are incredibly unpredictable as to when they actually appear as well - is this common in auctiva? it's driving me crazy!
