Reply to "Auctiva going slow & keeps crashing"

Hello All -

It turns out that we had some minor technical issues arise that were intermittently affecting some accounts, however, these issues have since been resolved. If you are still encountering difficulty, please try logging out of your account and then back in to it. If you continue to encounter trouble after that, please let us know in a support case the details of what you are experiencing as well as the full text of any error message you may encounter so we can take a look into it.
