Reply to "Auctiva Hosted Images Not Showing Up for Some Users"

Mike,
I am new to Auctiva and one of my listings only 2 out of the 8 photo's show on my ebay listing. The others show a not available sign. How do I fix this with a Mac os system ?? Help ??? I have not run the trace route yet how do I do that will the Mac ?
