Update: I am able to upload my pictures by going through Google Chrome as I noted earlier today. However, now I am unable to change the font size. My workaround is to save in Google Chrome after uploading pictures and then open in IE to be able to use the font I desire. Not an efficient way to work - hopefully the will be able to fix the problems with both engines.
