No. We're the antithesis of SD. When things are going bad some places raise prices, we're free. When some places have too many people on a server they think of ways to get rid of them, we add more servers. When you need support some places you ask other customers or some dude named BidRedd lol, here you can always find a support person. Some places when the site is down customers call rackspace to tell them to fix things for some dude named samoT lol, here we tell you we know there is a problem and we're working on it, then we keep you informed.
