thank you for all of the help with Java etc. I did everything that you suggested and the problem continues. I still get the "send or do not send" error report dialogue box and when I choose either, my browser immediately shuts down. I did watch the Java control panel during the process and the control panel states that the upload was completed.
All of this is even more confusing because during this testing, I did have one posting that worked as advertised? I did nothing different, it simply happened to work for some reason. But , now I am back to where I started with the closing of the browser problem. Looks like I will need to go back to using the regular ebay posting process for now until someday I am smart enough to fix this problem? Not sure when that will be. Thanks for all the help.
I sure wish that we could have kept the old process of uploading photos as that worked fine.
