Auctiva listings/canceling account

I canceled my account but my listings through Auctiva would say "page not found" and so I decided to keep Auctiva until my listings ended however the payment screen still results in an error.

And another issue is when i login to Auctiva I can't access my listings or my account it redirects to the same main page.
