AUCTIVA no images appearing please fix!!!

I've got 1 auction after another ending without images, cannot get a response from Auctiva and according to the board, others are seeing same thing with no response from Auctiva. Apparently it's been a few weeks without a technical problem so it's time for another one, when is this going to be fixed?
