Reply to "Auctiva's "Upgrades" are always a "downgrade"!!"

I have had numerous support requests lately, and while they were answered pretty fast. Some were not read fully before answering. Some sent me around the world for a less than minute fix in the end. It reminds me of trying to get computer, etc., service from other countries. So have myself wondered if this is outsourced to other countries now. It is truly frustrating, I also agree some of the kinks really need to get worked out before continuing to add more and more things. Do not get me wrong.. I am for adding things.. but I have found in last 4-5 months a huge amount of kinks. I have found that I don't feel as though requests are always read.. some are.. but others. . I would have to question.
I have had major problems and been waiting on engineering dept. for over 2 weeks.. guess they figure we will just give up and "go away".

It is frustrating, I honestly feel I had less glitches when service was free. I do not mind paying, it is not that much.. but I did expect the customer service to at least stay the same as when free.
