I am using orange broadband - is this the only ISP affected? If it is then it should be easier to pinpoint the problem. If there are other ISP's involved then the problem may need to be addressed elsewhere. I guess you're assuming it's not affecting many people because not many people have posted here. Not all Auctiva users will be members here and those that are not will presumably have had the same difficulty in that they CANNOT report a problem if they cannot access the Auctiva site. Chicken egg
