Reply to "auctiva still not working"

Hi,

Is this a new Auctiva account or did you renew the Token on an old Auctiva account? Confused

If it's an old account, I don't believe they do the pull and update for the Scrolling Gallery on anything but brand new accounts. It's a one-time only aid for new members to get them started. Could that be why it failed to happen?
