You need to go to the top of the Auctiva Home Page and click on My Account; then click on settings;the next page comes up with 3 boxes, go to the preferences box, go down to ebay Settings and click on it. There will be a new box that opens up, go down to Update Store Categories from eBay and click on it and that should do it. Hope this helps.
