Auctiva Store Window

Hello all .. I'm new at both Auctiva and ebay. I have a problem here : I listed a pair of pants and it was sold. Howeve, this pants is still showing at the Auctiva Store Window. I have deleted the items from Auctiva website but still no result. Any advice ? Thank you for your time.
