I am not sure what you mean by and "actual" storefront but we have a store available currently and we are anticipating the release of improved functionality and store templates this week.

We have included blog functionality to help inform your customers about your products (as well as help index you higher) and we have added domain name capabilities so you can point your store to whatever domain name(s) you prefer. You can even buy domain names through Auctiva for less. Also, as mentioned, we have about 20 new store template looks with more coming.
