Auctiva Support Down???

Hi- anyone having problem getting support. I had support request in, got note they replied, but keep getting error when clicking link. I also tried going to check support case and it comes up when click view it shows error code below:

An error has occured processing your request. Please try again later.

If someone has a minute would they please check and see if they can get in there to actually check one of their old support requests. I have tried in several browsers and tried to check support without going through link.

Even tried to report this with new support request and it will not let it go through either. When you fill in all info. it goes to error above.

Thanks for anyone who will take time and check this for me. IF anyone gets thorough would you pls. tell them about this problem. (by fluke someone may get in.
