Hi Community,

Update - Our IT and engineering teams are still actively investigating this problem and we will have it resolved as soon as possible. We still cannot confidently provide an ETA of when this issue will be resolved, but I wanted to update this thread to assure everyone that resolving this problem is still a top priority of ours since I hadn't posted to this thread in a little while.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. We appreciate your continued patience as we deal with this difficult situation.
