Reply to "Auctiva Timings for Listings"

Hi Hummy,

The reason you are experiencing this problem is because the clock in your Auctiva account is still set to reflect daylight savings time. To correct this issue, please log into your Auctiva account, go to My Account(tab) -> Account Settings, uncheck the box next to "Add 60 minutes for daylight savings", and then click the "Save Settings" button below.

We plan on making this time shift automatic moving forward.
