Reply to "Auctiva took wrong pic for Gallery"

Nope, I checked #2 in the Gallery, and #2's pic showed up in that thumbnail. #1 is in the Header (but shows up in ebay's

Then #1 showed up in ebay. I checked this before I made the posting on this board.

I wonder if I can revise the listing right in ebay. I will try that but this would seem to be a problem that Auctiva needs to look at!

OK, I answered my own question. I opened the listing in ebay and here is what ebay grabbed from Auctiva:

In the first selection of pix, it shows #1 only (thumbnail) as my free picture (the one you get to show in any listing). Then, underneath that, where the Gallery info is shown, there is a thumbnail of #2 and it says: " This is how your listing will appear in search results with Gallery Picture" - and that is the one I wanted to show in the Gallery. But it doesn't, #1 shows in the ebay Gallery on the listing.

Any other ideas?
