It happened to me once, last month.
Rather than waiting endlessly on Ebay Live Help (and probably not getting anywhere) why don't you do the revision anyway? Can't hurt...remove the pic that is showing and replace it with the url of the one that was SUPPOSED to be showing, even tho they're the same it should change it. Did that make sense

Haven't had my coffee yet!
Just try revising it, even tho it doesn't appear to need it.....
