Auctiva "Tools" menu tab?

Q: On the top left of each discussion board are tabs for the following:
GO, NEW, FIND, NOTIFY & "TOOLS".

What is the function of the TOOLS tab, when I click it I get nothing from any screen view I'm in? Any help appreciated.
