Hi,
I'm also have terrible trouble with listing on Auctiva and have filed a report about it. They acknowledge the problem and I've done the 'trace' suggestion and am now awaiting a response.
I have always got on very well with Auctiva and am hoping this problem will be sorted much sooner rather than later as each listing is a nightmare to complete!
