Hi Greg yes the time is more like 30 to 40 seconds. that's why if its taking longer I hit the Refresh (F5 or the green arrows on top. Again unless a router somehwere ahs an issue and is constanlty requestiong "resend packet again and again" the times you are talking about are more infastructure / timing issues on Auctiva's end
