Sorry Riz that you are having a problem. When I first started with Auctiva I also was using MAC OS 9.3 and was finding some problems using the site.

You might want to try Camino or Safari as another browser or upgrade Firefox. IE does NOT support MAC any longer, neither does Netscape.
I have found ALOT of websites and browsers DO NOT support MAC OS 9 or 9 upgrades. They all by passed the upgrades and went to the NEWEST... OSX. Some DONT even support MAC OSX.
