Unfortunately, it's not possible to use Auctiva checkout for items that weren't listed through Auctiva. Also, it generally takes 4-6 hours for listings that weren't posted through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window.

The listing maintenance which updates urrent price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time is done roughly every 6 hours.

You can list in bulk through Auctiva by clicking the boxes next to your listings in the Saved Listings folder and clicking "Post".
