auto email to customers after shipping out items

Hi everyone, could auctiva send auto-emails to customers after we ship out the items?
I found it's really time consuming to send out emails to customers thought I use copy and paste functions every time.

Is there a way to set up this kind of function?
If auctiva cannot do this, how do you guys do?
I get some buyers to ask whether I ship out the items every day. So I think it's a good idea to send an email and let them know their items were shipped out.
