Reply to "auto email to customers after shipping out items"

My buyers get an automatic email when I print out their shipping label through PayPal. There's even a place to add a note, the date it will be shipped, etc. And, of course, the delivery confirmation info. I can't remember the last time I had to manually email a buyer about their package
