Auto feedback question

I have just enabled the auto feedback feature my question is: If someone leaves less than positive feedback does my auto feedback still leave them feedback? I am not putting in any information for leaving neutral or negative feedback as each case is different and so far I have not needed to deal with any deadbeats. However if I get unfavorable feedback that is not my fault I certainly do not want to post good feedback for them

I posted this in the feedback forum also but it does not show on the discussion boards so I am reposting it here
