Hi Mike60,

It sounds like you must have your Auto-Purchase Rules for shipping insurance set to automatically generate insurance policies on some or all of your transactions. You can check on and/or edit your Auto-Purchase Rules by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your Auctiva account and selecting the "Auctiva Shipping Ins" option under "Settings".

Since you did not intend to purchase Auctiva insurance policies for some of your items for which policies have already been generated, I recommend contacting our customer support about that and we’ll see what we can do for you there.
