Yep, Saved Listing are only for submission of NEW LISTINGS and won't change content, etc. on Active listings.

That button is THE METHOD to stop an Auto-Relist. That's why cancellation of a listing with Auto-Relist profile without using the STOP ends up with an immediate relist. Ouch!
