Automatic feedback hasn't been working since ebay's change

It seems that my automatic feedback through Auctiva hasn't been working since ebay's feedback change. I discovered this from some irate customers. I checked Auctiva and see that their positive feedback to me hasn't even shown up on auctiva yet. Are ebay's changes affecting this?
