Is it possible you have an html statement that calls for a path to your background that is absent?

I know nothing about html, but I do know that when I look at the text editor after typing in my info in the design editor it is full of html statements.

Probably you can save time by sending a support ticket through Help and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link.
