IMHO, a bad selling experience can bias a seller against a particular buyer, many times unfairly. In those cases, their opinion is tainted by emotion. I don't think it's ridiculous, but I always take an upset seller's opinion on a problem buyer with a grain of salt.

I'll give questionable buyer's the benefit of the doubt, albeit cautiously.
