Hi.
I know this one. lol
This is how I do it. I open whatever method I'm using to upload my pics and from there, I choose to make a new folder. This opens a new window where I do create the folder. Then I close that window and go back to the first. Hit F5(refresh) and it gives me my new folder to upload the images into.

Hope that makes sense. Maybe someone has a more simple method?
