Hi David,
For your situation, right now, I would disable Auctiva checkout. There have been some 'unforseen issues' lately. I also sell more than one items to the same buyer and when I signed up for Auctiva, they didn't have the option of combining, and folks still have problems even now.
Use everything else you want, the service is GREAT, but since you're new it would be much easier for you to use Enay checkout, JMHO.
Auctiva itself is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but it IS a learning curve. I'd skip the checkout for now.
Just be sure to disable it in your account settings. Again, JMHO
